- **PRP** = platelets in plasma → fast growth-factor burst (needs anticoagulant).
- **PRF** = **no anticoagulant** → natural fibrin clot → **slow, sustained** release.
- **PRGF** = the Spanish one (BTI/Anitua), plasma rich in growth factors.
- **LR vs LP** = leukocyte-**Rich** (inflammation, tendon/ortho) vs **Poor** (skin/aesthetic).
- **Strongest evidence = HAIR / androgenetic alopecia** (then skin is weaker).
- Standardise the spin + platelet dose or results are random.
